As a real estate broker, I have enjoyed serving clients in the industry for over ten years. My passion for real estate started at a young age, and I have since dedicated my career to helping individuals and families find their dream homes and create wealth for generations.
Throughout my career, I have built a strong network of professionals in the industry, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors. This allows me to provide my clients with a comprehensive team of experts to support them throughout their real estate journey.

Paul Hendriks
Paul is a highly regarded, veteran Real Estate Broker, who is passionate about his customers, his business, his family, and his community! Paul’s work in Real Estate Sales and Property Management, has given him the opportunity to coach and or train hundreds of Realtors and Investors, offering them support, accountability, and an extensive knowledge of both the residential and commercial markets!
An active member of the Realtor family, Paul is a past Chair of the Pinellas Realtor Organization. Additionally, he has also served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors as well as Florida Realtors, where he remains active in various Committees, convened to continuously improve the industry and the experience for the consumer!

It has been a pleasure to serve as a Realtor for the last 5 years. This profession has taught me that our job is not merely transactional; it is an opportunity to connect with our clients and community. Besides assisting others in realizing their dream of homeownership, investment, etc., there is a wealth of knowledge revolving around real estate for us to explore.
The past and present reveal that there is still much more work for us to do to ensure that we are constantly learning and sharing that information with others to help build stronger communities.

Homeownership is the great American dream! Dynamic and highly-motivated professional with demonstrated expertise in business development and leadership. I became a Mortgage Loan Originator because I love helping clients achieve the great American dream of homeownership from first time homebuyers to physicians, and self- employed business owners. I will work with my client to make the mortgage process transparent and efficient as possible.
